Niagara Falls is receiving more than $4.6 million from OLG for hosting Fallsview Casino Resort and Casino Niagara.
The payment covers the second quarter of the fiscal year, from July through September.
That brings the city’s total OLG payments so far this fiscal year to more than $10.2 million. Since casino gaming began in Niagara Falls in 1996, the city has received more than $261 million.
The money can help support local priorities, including infrastructure and economic development.
