Haldimand OPP have charged a 52-year-old Niagara Falls man after responding to a suspicious vehicle in Dunnville.
The incident occurred Thursday evening, where police approached a parked vehicle.
They say the man then entered the driver’s seat, started the vehicle, and showed signs of impairment.
A roadside test resulted in a fail, and further breath samples registered over the legal limit.
