The City of Niagara Falls is rolling out a new way to serve residents with the launch of At Your Service, Niagara Falls, a modern customer service model focused on convenience, accessibility, and putting residents first.
Starting November 10, two new AYSNF service hubs will open at City Hall and the MacBain Community Centre, offering one-stop access for residents, businesses, and visitors.
The launch also includes the At Your Service online portal, powered by the City’s new Customer Relationship Management system.
The portal allows users to easily submit service requests, report issues, and access more than 50 types of services online through the City’s website.
Together, these in-person and digital service options will make it easier than ever to connect with the City, offering fast, consistent, and responsive customer service.
