The City of Niagara Falls has announced that City Hall will be temporarily closed to the public starting Monday, July 21, to allow for renovations aimed at improving customer service.
This upgrade is part of the City's ongoing commitment to enhancing service delivery and providing a better overall experience for residents.
A partial reopening is set for Monday, September 15, which will include access to the Council Chambers and select departments.
Full public access and all city services are expected to resume by Monday, October 20.
During the closure, residents can still reach City staff by calling or by visiting niagarafalls.ca for services and updates.
