Two leading colleges from Canada’s top wine regions are teaming up to expand wine education.
Niagara College and Okanagan College have signed an agreement that will allow Okanagan to deliver Niagara’s Winery and Viticulture Technician program, tailored to the Okanagan Valley.
The program trains students for careers in winemaking, vineyard management, and lab work in the growing wine industry.
The new curriculum is expected to launch in fall 2027 as part of Okanagan College’s new Centre for Food, Wine and Tourism.
