Niagara College is adding a refreshing new twist to its lineup of student-made products.
The College has launched its first Campus Crush wine-based seltzers, featuring Raspberry Rhubarb Rosé and Lime Cucumber Riesling, just in time for summer.
The new drinks are the result of a collaboration between the College's Teaching Winery and its Food and Beverage Innovation Centre.
Officials say the small-batch seltzers are made with Niagara VQA wines and give students valuable hands-on experience developing products for the marketplace.
The seltzers are now available at the NC Craft Beverage Centre in Niagara-on-the-Lake while supplies last.
