Two golds and a bronze for Niagara College at international event
Niagara College’s Teaching Distillery has earned international acclaim with three Spirits 101 products winning medals at the 2025 U.S. Open Spirits Championship.
Absinthe and Spiced Old Fashioned each captured gold in their categories, while Canadian Rum took home a bronze medal.
The award-winning Absinthe and Canadian Rum were developed by Artisan Distilling students as part of their capstone projects, highlighting the hands-on learning approach of the program.
Spiced Old Fashioned was created through a collaboration between staff and students of the Teaching Distillery.
