It's Canadian Whisky Week, and Niagara College is capping it off with a unique tasting event.
Thursday evening, January 22, the college will be hosting a 'Celebrating Whisky Week' event at Benchmark Restaurant located on Niagara College's Daniel J. Patterson Campus in Niagara-on-the-Lake.
You'll learn about the world of Niagara Whisky and have a chance to try whiskies from leading distilleries around the Region.
Prominent Whisky Consultant Ajay Bhardwaj, Director of Spirits at Iron Gate Auctions, will lead a guided exploration of the spirit, while students take the lead on hosting. Guests will have an opportunity to mingle with the producers for firsthand insight into the passion behind the pour.
