Niagara College has completed a major upgrade of its Beverage Pilot Plant, enhancing its capacity to help Canadian drink companies bring new products to market faster and more safely.
Located at the Daniel J. Patterson Campus in Niagara-on-the-Lake, the expanded facility now includes advanced canning systems and increased batch capability, allowing small beverage makers to scale production from as little as 50 litres up to 1,000 litres.
Operated through the College’s Food and Beverage Innovation Centre, the plant supports businesses with product development, safety testing, regulatory compliance, and commercialization.
