Niagara College is launching a new dinner series celebrating the region’s culinary talent.
The Celebrate Niagara series will feature five themed evenings at the College’s Benchmark Restaurant, beginning March 12 with a spotlight on Niagara Falls.
Each event brings together chefs from featured communities to prepare multi-course meals, while culinary and hospitality students gain hands-on experience.
Additional dates will highlight Niagara-on-the-Lake, Lincoln and West Niagara, St. Catharines, and Welland.
