Niagara College’s Teaching Distillery has added three more medals to its collection from the 2026 Canadian Artisan Spirit Competition.
Students’ Bees and Blooms liqueur won gold, Spiced Old Fashioned took silver, and London Dry Gin earned bronze.
Bees and Blooms was a student capstone project, while Spiced Old Fashioned was a collaborative effort between students and staff.
London Dry Gin was created by graduate Ian Bickle. The Teaching Distillery, Canada’s first of its kind, continues to showcase student talent in artisan spirits.
