Man arrested in St. Catharines stabbing

Niagara Regional Police are investigating a stabbing that sent a man to hospital.

Officers were called to the area of Carlton Street and Sunnylea Drive around 8 p.m. on November 11, where they found a 32-year-old man suffering from serious injuries caused by an edged weapon.

The victim was taken to an out-of-region hospital for treatment.

Following the investigation, police arrested 25-year-old Drezden Tremblay, who has been charged with aggravated assault.
