Niagara Regional Police responded to a parking lot near Main Street and Ferry Street in Niagara Falls following a report of a sudden death.
On Tuesday, October 14, officers discovered the body of a 22-year-old woman behind a building.
The investigation was handed over to the Homicide Unit, resulting in the arrest of 43-year-old Christopher St. Louis, charged with indignity to a body.
Police are also seeking 38-year-old Ryan Maeder, wanted on the same charge. Detectives are urging Maeder to seek legal counsel and turn himself in. The woman’s cause of death is still under investigation.
