Lincoln Mayor Sandra Easton will not be seeking re-election in the upcoming polls.
Easton has served as Mayor for nearly 12 years, and before that served on council during the 1980s.
She says she'll remain neutral in the upcoming municipal elections, and says she plans on keeping busy in her retirement.
This year's municipal elections are October 26th.
