A Beamsville man is facing charges after an alleged indecent act investigation in Lincoln.
Niagara Regional Police say officers were called Monday to the area of St. Volodymyr Crescent after reports a man exposed himself in public view on two separate occasions.
Police say 67-year-old Colin Cobb of Lincoln was charged Tuesday with two counts of indecent act.
Residents and businesses in the area are being asked to check surveillance footage and contact police if the suspect is seen again.
