Legendary Canadian broadcaster Lloyd Robertson passes at 92

Canadian broadcasting legend Lloyd Robertson has died. 

Robertson spent 27 years as chief anchor and senior editor of CTV National News, becoming one of the country’s most trusted television journalists.

His career began in radio in 1952 and later included CBC’s The National. He retired from the anchor desk in 2011 but remained connected to CTV. Roberston was 92 years-old.
