IceDogs acquire defenseman Grayson Tiller in trade with Colts

St. Catharines native was drafted by Barrie in 2021

The Niagara IceDogs have added a local presence to their blue line, acquiring defenseman Grayson Tiller from the Barrie Colts in exchange for forward Alex Assadourian and a 5th-round pick in the 2027 OHL Draft.

A St. Catharines native born in 2005, Tiller was selected 44th overall by Barrie in the 2021 OHL Draft.

Over 242 games with the Colts, he tallied 62 points, including 13 goals.

Tiller is also committed to Brock University for the 2026-27 season, making this move a homecoming both on and off the ice.
