The Humane Society of Greater Niagara is seeking help from the public after a young dog was found abandoned in critical condition over the weekend.
The male dog, believed to be a bully/hound mix under one year old, was discovered alone in the parking lot of the George Nicholson Memorial Trail in St. Catharines.
He was showing clear signs of neglect and having been left there for an extended period of time, but is now safe and receiving around-the-clock care from veterinary staff.
