Highway 140 in Welland is closed in both directions this morning.
Ontario Provincial Police say a tractor trailer is in the ditch, which happened just after 9:30am, while its trailer is blocking traffic both north and southbound as a result.
Police are on their way to the scene to help with cleanup, while there are no injuries reported.
