Niagara Regional Police have charged a Hamilton man after an incident at a Port Colborne retail store.
On Monday just after 7:00pm, police say a young person and her mother were shopping when a man followed them through the store.
At one point, when the child briefly separated from her mother, the suspect allegedly touched her inappropriately and took a photo or video.
The victim immediately told her mother, who notified staff.
Surveillance footage helped police identify the suspect. Later that evening, officers arrested 29-year-old Nicholas Consoli of Hamilton.
