Downtown Grimsby is giving shoppers another reason to support local businesses this summer.
The Town of Grimsby, Downtown Grimsby and the Grimsby Chamber of Commerce have launched the Construction Passport program to encourage people to keep shopping downtown while construction continues.
From July 13 through September 30, customers who spend $20 or more at participating businesses can collect stamps.
Eight different stamps earns an entry into a prize draw featuring a $1,000 grand prize, three $200 prizes and four $25 gift cards to downtown businesses.
