A former police station in downtown St. Catharines is being demolished.
Plans for the demolition at 68 Church Street were announced on social media by Niagara Region Monday, with plans to sell the land and direct proceeds to affordable housing elsewhere in the region.
Work is expected to be done between 7:00am and 5:30pm during the week between the end of March and late August.
Occasional road closures may be in place during the work, as well as increased noise and vibrations.
