Faith Welland Outreach hosted a lively Christmas celebration on Saturday, where kids built gingerbread houses and took part in a range of holiday activities.
The event also marked the organization’s appreciation for a $56,700 Resilient Communities Fund grant from the Ontario Trillium Foundation.
The provincial grant has helped expand programming at the Roach Avenue Community House, giving children a safe and welcoming place to learn, play, and grow.
With support from OTF and the Ontario government, the Community House has become a vibrant space offering year-round educational activities, take-home lunches, and summer programs that strengthen families and neighbourhood connections.
