Niagara Regional Police are investigating an E-scooter accident in Welland
On Sunday evening around 6:30, a 31-year-old man was driving an E-scooter southbound on Niagara St near Birch when he lost control and crashed onto the East sidewalk.
The man was taken to hospital for treatment of serious life-threatening injuries but has since been upgraded to stable. At the time, police do not believe any other vehicles were involved, but are asking anyone who may have witnessed the collision or has video footage to contact them.
