Dogs Fall in Ottawa

The IceDogs gave up one early and one late in the first and never recovered, falling 7-1 in Ottawa Friday night. Unsuccessful first period power-plays and second period penalties proved to be costly.

Trailing 2-0 after one, Niagara would see the 67's double their advantage in the second before Ryerson Edgar struck for his 19th of the season. Three more in the third ended the night's scoring.

Next up, it's a quick turnaround in Kingston with a Saturday 3:45 pre-game start time against the Frontenacs on New Country 89.1
