A crash on Highway 58 in Thorold took the life of a 27-year-old this weekend.
Saturday night at 11:15, Ontario Provincial Police responded to an accident involving a sedan. OPP said the initial investigation indicated the vehicle lost control travelling Northbound on the highway and struck a steel guardrail.
A 27-year-old from Vaughan was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries and later died.
The investigation is still ongoing and anyone with information or video footage is asked to contact OPP.
