The Ontario government has announced the completion of the new Confederation GO Station in Hamilton, a major step forward in expanding transit across the region.
Beginning October 27, all existing Niagara Falls GO trains will stop at the new station, providing commuters with faster, more reliable service and helping reduce gridlock.
Confederation GO Station includes a fully accessible platform with canopies, bicycle racks, a pick-up/drop-off area, and 148 parking spaces.
The project is part of GO Transit’s Niagara Extension, which will improve connections between Hamilton, the Niagara Region, and beyond.
