Part of Concession 7 Road in Niagara-on-the-Lake will be closed for about five weeks starting October 19th, weather permitting.
The closure, between York Road and just north of Queenston Road, will allow crews to complete road and servicing work for the approved Modero Subdivision development.
There will be no through access during construction, except for emergency vehicles.
A detour will be in place, and motorists are being asked to follow posted signs and allow extra travel time.
The timeline could change due to weather or construction needs.
