Upgrades new new playground, enhanced trails and picnic areas
The City of St. Catharines is hosting a community information session to update residents on the upcoming Sunset Beach Renovation Project.
Hosted by Mayor Mat Siscoe and Ward 5 Councillors on Tuesday evening, the session will cover construction timelines, phasing plans, and project details.
Upgrades include a new playground, enhanced trails and picnic areas, a rebuilt boat ramp, parking improvements, and shoreline protection.
Construction begins in late spring and is expected to continue through mid-2026.
