CMHA Niagara has earned Accreditation with Exemplary Standing from Accreditation Canada, the highest level awarded.
The recognition follows a rigorous on-site review in which CMHA Niagara met 97% of all standards and 100% of required practices across clinical and non-clinical services.
Surveyors highlighted the organization’s commitment to service excellence, community partnerships, client safety, and high-quality care.
Accreditation Canada’s process includes an in-depth, independent assessment to ensure organizations meet evidence-based standards.
