Niagara Falls and St. Catharines have once again earned a spot among Hamilton-Niagara’s Top Employers, receiving the 2026 designation for a second year in a row.
Employers are evaluated on workplace policies and employee programs, with the City recognized for its wellness initiatives, flexible work arrangements, staff events, and support services.
The annual awards highlight organizations that lead their industries in creating positive and supportive work environments.
