A new community partnership is taking shape in Niagara, linking music, art and youth support services.
The Cicada Music & Arts Festival has announced a collaboration with the Kristen French Child Advocacy Centre, built around shared values of creativity, healing and community impact.
The festival, set for October 2 and 3 on Henley Island in St. Catharines, will feature live music, art installations, local vendors and headliners including Metric, USS, Bahamas and Wintersleep.
Through the partnership, Cicada will help support music programming at Camp Acorn, the Centre’s trauma-informed day camp for children and youth.
