The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement Squad is asking for the public’s help in locating a wanted federal offender.
Police say 40-year-old Jesse Bannon is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for breaching his statutory release and is known to frequent St. Catharines.
He’s described as an Indigenous male, 6'1", 185 pounds, with a shaved head or short brown hair and hazel eyes, and several visible tattoos.
Bannon is serving a sentence of more than seven years for offences including break and enter, robbery, sexual assault, and assault.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact the Provincial R.O.P.E. Squad.
