A Brock University professor is looking into improving the ways clinics can diagnose and detect cancer.
In collaboration with members of John Hopkins University, Travis Dudding, Professor of Chemistry at Brock, is developing new quantam molecules that can be used to make cancer scans more accurate and allow for earlier detection of cancer cells.
Dudding says he's excited to use his knowledge and interest in chemistry to make diagnostic tools that doctors can use to treat patients.
