Former NHL coach has been a longtime advocate for Indigenous rights

About 3,800 students will graduate from Brock University this week during Spring Convocation, with ceremonies running from today through Friday, June 13.

The event also marks the finale of Brock’s 60th anniversary celebrations.

Former NHL coach and Indigenous advocate Ted Nolan will receive an honorary doctorate and address grads during Tuesday’s 2:30 p.m. ceremony.

All ceremonies will be livestreamed for those unable to attend in person.
