Brampton man arrested in connection to Grimsby home invasion

A Brampton man is facing a long list of charges following a violent home invasion in Grimsby.

Niagara Regional Police say officers were called to a home in the early morning hours of May 1st, where a victim was assaulted and suffered minor injuries. 

Investigators say the suspects fled before police arrived.

Following a month-long investigation, 23-year-old Jahsyah Thomas was arrested on June 4th with assistance from Peel Regional Police. 

He is charged with offences including robbery with a firearm, assault with a weapon, break and enter, and uttering threats.
