The Niagara Regional Police Service says one person has been arrested in connection with the homicide of Mitchell Snoddon.
Police say Josta MacNeal was arrested Thursday in Montreal and will be returned to Niagara to face a charge of second-degree murder.
Maaroof Bangi remains wanted in the case and is considered armed and dangerous, as no firearm has been recovered.
Police are warning the public not to approach Bangi if he is spotted, but to call 911 immediately.
