Niagara Regional Police are continuing to investigate a fatal motorcycle crash near Marineland Parkway and Portage Road in Niagara Falls.
On August 29 just before 6:00pm., a 43-year-old St. Catharines man lost control of his 2003 Harley Davidson while heading southbound on Marineland Parkway and was thrown from the bike.
He was taken to hospital with serious injuries and later died.
Following the investigation, police have charged 39-year-old Niagara Falls resident Kyle Kmetyk with dangerous operation causing death.
He turned himself in to police on Monday. Anyone with information is asked to contact investigators.
