Leon’s Furniture is returning to its roots with the reopening of a flagship store in Welland, more than 117 years after the company first opened its doors in the city.
The new 44,000-square-foot location on Niagara Street, across from Seaway Mall, is set to officially welcome customers beginning July 9.
Company officials say the store celebrates Leon’s history in Welland while introducing a modern shopping experience for customers across Niagara.
The store is part of a larger 9.6-acre commercial development that will also feature several new businesses.
