What's Good in Niagara? Thorold Santa Parade a community tradition

As Santa Claus keeps himself busy doing parades around the Niagara Region - there's a big one happening this coming weekend in Thorold.

The City is hosting it's always-popular parade on Saturday, but there's a number of festivities beforehand as well for families to enjoy before dozens of floats make their way through city streets.

Councillor Nella Dekker says among those is a chance to meet Santa himself.

The parade will work its way down Sullivan Avenue starting at 4:00pm, before coming to an end on Front Street.

Dekker says there's a true sense of community during the parade.
