What's Good in Niagara? Record breaking day for St. Catharines Terry Fox Run

The Marathon of Hope is alive and well, and better than ever locally.

At yesterday's 45th running of the Terry Fox Run in St. Catharines, participants raised over $112,000 and counting.

Local Chair John Grummett says this year had a lot more teams sign up than usual.

This year's total of $112,000 blows by the previous high of $82,000.

Grummett says the success of the event is a testament to hard work done by the committee every year.
