The Niagara Icewine Festival returns through February 1, celebrating Niagara’s world-famous Icewine with events across the region.
Highlights include the Niagara-on-the-Lake Icewine Village, running January 24 and 25, featuring free admission, tastings from more than 20 wineries, food vendors, ice carvings, and live entertainment on Queen Street.
Katie MacCabe, Marketing Manager of Wineries of Niagara On The Lake says it's the Ice Wine's identity that sets it apart.
MacCabe says there are many different options, and with the addition to food vendors, it means there's something for everyone.
The festival wraps up January 31 with the Cool As Ice Gala at the Niagara Parks Power Station, pairing premium wines, Icewine cocktails, and local cuisine with live music and immersive performances overlooking Niagara Falls.
