A Niagara-based designer is making a difference across Ontario for those that live with autism.
Izabella Bruton has designed seatbelt covers that identify people living with autism in the event that they're stopped by police.
Bruton says the goal of these seatbelts is to help those that may be non-verbal in high-stress situations.
Sales from the covers will see a portion being donated to Autism Ontario, which Izabella has said is a great resource - and one that her family has used quite a bit.
Bruton says her younger brother Xavier has autism as well, so she's very familiar with the work Autism Ontario does.
The covers can be purchased by contacting Izabella either through email at Bella.BellaDesigns@hotmail.com, or through Instagram @Bella.BellaDesigns.
