A new fall festival is coming to Niagara-on-the-Lake this weekend, celebrating local craft beverages and food.
The Cheers Niagara Craft Beverage and Food Festival takes place October 16th and 17th at the Niagara College Teaching Winery on Taylor Road.
The event, presented by the Niagara-on-the-Lake Chamber of Commerce, will feature local wineries, breweries and distilleries.
Dalton Patterson, events manager for the Niagara On The Lake Chamber of Commerce says there's something for everyone.
The festival runs Friday from 3 to 10 p.m. and Saturday from 2 to 10 p.m.
Dalton also stresses the importance of the event being local.
Admission is 25 dollars for the entire weekend, with tickets available online or at the entrance.
