Heartland Forest's Winterfest is back for another year in February, which offers a great chance for families to enjoy some outdoor time with their family during the coldest months of the year.
Taylor from Heartland Forest says it's important for them to keep things like this affordable for local families.
Taylor adds that Heartland Forest doesn't get any government funding, so events like this help them help others.
The event includes a toasty fire pit with S’mores, hot chocolate, their signature Tundra Trek on the trails, Reptile Kingdom, a craft station, and interactive exhibits inside the Nature Centre.
