New six-plex is the largest Habitat build in Niagara
Habitat for Humanity has officially moved in some families in Welland.
Last week, the organization celebrated the key ceremony for its latest and largest local housing project in Niagara.
Director of Philanthropy and Major Gifts Sarah Pritula says five families have already moved into the six-plex on Plymouth Road, and there's more building happening.
Pritula adds that they're still looking for another family to move in.
Pritula adds that the milestone is a true reflection of what a community can accomplish together. Built through the generosity of donors, volunteers, businesses, tradespeople and community partners from across Niagara.
