Community Care West Niagara is prepping for their 10th annual Every Bowl Full fundraiser in May, with the goal of helping residents in the region's rural areas keep their plates full.
Manager of Community Engagement Lynda O'Donnell says food insecurity impacts a lot more people than you'd expect.
The event, which is May 7th, includes live music, an in-person reception, raffles, silent auctions, and a Community Care package to take home at the end of the evening.
Outreach and Support Coordinator Emma Shipley says if you can't make it, there's still ways to help contribute, through a partnership with Puralator.
