CARSTAR Port Colborne is holding a charity car wash next weekend, with the goal of helping support those doing important work in the field of Cystic Fibrosis.
General Manager Tonja Bontoft Moore says there's lots for you to check out while your car's being washed.
As mentioned, she says all the money will be helping Cystic Fibrosis Canada.
Approximately one in 25 Canadians carry an abnormal version of the gene responsible for cystic fibrosis. Carriers do not have cystic fibrosis or exhibit any of the symptoms of the disease, but if they have children, there's a 25% chance they'll be born with it.
The car was is July 25th at CARSTAR Port Colborne, located on Main Street East.
