Today: The St. Catharines Public Library is partnering with the Canadian Mental Health Association for a "Mood Walks" event, an initiative to get people outside and to be more social to deter loneliness. Walks will take place at Lester B. Pearson park and Welland Canal Parkway starting at 9:30 a.m.
Starting tomorrow: The Birchway Book Riot officially kicks off at The Gale Centre in Niagara Falls! Canada's largest used book sale runs until Sunday, with proceeds helping women and children in the region escape intimate partner violence.
