Room named 'The Gathering of the Good Minds'
Niagara Health has opened a new Indigenous community room at the Marotta Family Hospital as part of its commitment to culturally inclusive care.
Named The Gathering of the Good Minds by community members, the space offers a welcoming environment for Indigenous patients, families, and organizations to connect, access resources, and host programming.
Developed in collaboration with Indigenous leaders and Elders, the space reflects cultural traditions and supports healing and reconciliation and is now available for meetings, gatherings, and cultural event.
